General Information about the Semiconductor Nano Device Lab

The Lab has a low-temperature measurement system, a clean-room and grove box for the fabrication of 2D, 1D, and 0D samples using optical and electron-beam lithography. There are also extensive cryogenic facilities with temperatures as low as 15 mK, VTI 1.5-300 K, and magnetic fields up to 12 T being routinely used.
